Hi,
I'm trying to setup my replacement Sense 2 and the watch keeps landing on the language selection AFTER all the updates are done. The app on my android phone says update successful but the watch lands on the language selection screen and then when I select a language it says "To get started install Fitbit app....................."
Any suggestions on what I can do? Other than turn on/off Phone/ Bluetooth/ Watch etc? I've already cleared bluetooth, App data, restarted Phone etc.

I was able to confirm you contacted support and they were able to provide you with a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them.
