Received a Sense 2 yesterday and the app is ok however the watch will not download the updates at all.
Can not even see the watch face. Have tried everything, Bluetooth on and off, app installed and uninstalled. reset watch. Phone on and off, there is not much more I can try. Have tried customer service 2 times and still no help. I'm ready to return it unless someone has any other suggestions. Everything worked fine with my Versa 2, any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Spoiledl8y - if you are changing watches did you remove the old watch first from Bluetooth and the Fitbit App and logout of the app, it may help? At what point in the setup is it failing?
