Unread indicator still missing?

It's been 11 months since the old thread about unread notifications not showing on the watch screen anywhere. I'm unsure what it should even look like, on my Samsung it had a yellow dot.

The setting is on in the settings, I've changed clock faces and restarted, but nothing changes.

Clearly a software bug? Has it ever worked for any one?

Hi @Japes7 - normally notifications that appear on the status bar can be relayed to the watch. If they don't appear there then they won't be passed on.

Let me clear. I do get notifications on the watch.

I'm referring to the 'unread notification' option, it's on, but if you missed a notification on your watch, it doesn't indicate that you have, you'll have to always swipe up to see if there is something. Instead of a supposed indicator that would show you at a glance... that you should swipe up because there's something you missed.

That's crazy. It's been a year. How hard is this. Where do we escalate these things? Seems that random forum posts don't help.
