Update to Version 210.26

Dose any one know when the new update Version 210.26 will be avaible for fitbit sense2.????

Hi @Teo19  you can't make your device check for or download an update. These updates are done on a rolling basis and when it's your Sense 2's turn to receive the update, you will see it on the app itself.

As I stated on my own post a few days ago I'm suspecting the rollout has been paused as there are precious few folks saying that they've received it,  plus most who have on here are complaining it has bricked their Sense2.

I'm in the UK and I'm yet to hear of anyone here who has been notified of the update.

UK here as well, no sign of the update either.. 

 

Though normally we'd get a post from the mods stating the updates have started and what new or changed features are included.. they are being very quiet on this one tbh.  Wondering if they have halted the rollout due to reports of the red X of death as you mentioned.  Would be nice if they actually gave us some update on what is happening, I'm seeing very little interaction from the mods lately..

I received it on 25th July. I updated and tgen lots of things wouldn't work. I had to reset to factory setting and it took me back to before this update. It now works properly. I have just had the update appear again. I won't be using it until I am sure it is working properly now. They have had problems with from the start from what I can see.

Have not noted any issues since my upgrade, but maybe I'm not a power user or simply have not seen anything.  Getting nervous after hearing others comments about problems.  Wish I knew what specific problems to look for.

Agree with others that the roll out is probably delayed because of problems.  We have a second Sense 2 in the house and will adopt the "No Update" until we're sure the update is working properly approach.  Thanks for sharing!
