Versa 4 & Sense 2 Don't start

I bought a Versa 4 that works only 4 days and I didn't send back yo Amazon because the cost of Delivery is high Almost the cost of the watch I bought a Sense 2 and also only works for 3 days, after setup and update, so I don't know what to do. I have two New Watches that are not working and I spent about US$500. The only solution for the Amazon Help Center is to send the Watch back but the cost to send back is very expensive and it's about US$ 200 for each one

Hi @Aletorres - is it possible they are not charging properly?

If you look closely on the back of the watch there can be a tiny bit of plastic covering one or more of the contacts.

Also make sure the power source is working, to do this try using a working PC, plug into it.
