Waiting on Refund

Hi.  has anyone had this issue?  Long story short my watch burned my face and I contacted fitbit about it.  I did everything they asked me to do and my last email from fitbit was "we received your return and we started processing refund for $191.25.  In the next 2 - 5 business days, well send you an email message with instructions for claiming your refund from PayPal".  That email was on October 13th and today is the 27th.  I have emailed back several times with no response.  I have called (3 times now) with each time they see all my communications but do not know the hold up on my refund and they will "escalate" me with no resolution.

I spoke to a supervisor this last time but he has not very helpful either.  He also said he would escalate it and talk with the warehouse team whom is the one that processes the refunds.  However, he was not able to transfer me to the warehouse team.

I have done everything FitBit has instructed and now just want them to do what they said they would do.  I have been without a watch for over a month (since I mailed it back to them) and I do not have a refund.

Any help in resolving this matter would be much appreciated.

You will need to keep working with Support.  None of the users or volunteers here can assist you.
