Weird start up screen

Hi when I try to start up the sense 2 I just bought as a new without box off ebay all I get is what looks like a qr code with a red strip at bottom of screen ( turned blue once charged) if I scan the code it just is a list of numbers  and  nothing I've tried resolves this ( reset/ sync etc ) any ideas

@Rakwa   Generally speaking, all syncing from another piece of workout equipment starts on the equipment side.  I don't own a Cubii, but found this Cubii page.  The way I read it, the Cubii app can sync with the Fitbit app.  But it starts on the Cubii side of things.  Look for a Share or Link to Other Apps option in the Cubii mobile app.
