Where can I receive help for my Sense 2?

Where can I go for in-person hands-on help with my Sense 2? I have not found any instructions that help my device react/light up when I move my arm. The motion activation just stopped a few weeks ago, and all the ways I've read to fix it are not available (live) to turn on or off.

Hello @BYRD51 and welcome to the Community.  The Sense 2 touch screen is very sensitive and you can inadvertently make changes.  Please swipe down on your screen to go to the Quick Settings.  The bottom center icon controls the screen wake.  If it is lit up, then tap on that icon to change it back to wrist and button.

Like I wrote, the touch screen is very sensitive.  Years ago, I started the Exercise app in my sleep.  My Fitbit woke me up when it vibrated when the GPS connected.
