hi,

why there is limit county support for fitbit sense 2?

why i need vpn to enable stress management app ECG and EDA scan?

Hello @khalid0099 and welcome to the Community.  The ECG app is a medically regulated feature.  It was released in the US after it was approved by our Food and Drug Administration.  It needs to be approved by the equivalent health board in your country for you to use it without a VPN.  The ECG app has a country list.  The EDA scan doesn't have a country list, so I don't have a good answer for that.
