Like why on earth would you release a more expensive watch that you call "smartwatch" when it doesn't have half of the apps that the the first sense have. I urged everyone who ever thought about getting this watch to not buy it bc this was such a disappointment. The worst part is that I gave ir a week to try it out and now I can't return it. I'd rather change it to sense 1 then have this awful watch. 🤦🏻:female_sign: and witch the update, 2 apps like my Alarm that I use every day just disappeared which is even worse considered there were barely any apps to begin with. What the hell are you doing guys 🤦🏻:female_sign: why even launch a so called "smartwatch" ( which it clearly isnt) that's worse than just a regular fitbit charge 🤷🏻:female_sign:

... or it may be just Google's new marketing strategy - deprecate most features from the Fitbit devices and drive users to their Pixel Watch.

Hi @ItsAngiie - most stores have a 14 or 30 day return policy and Fitbit has a 45 day return policy.
If the store is an authorised seller you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support to get a refund process started..

@ItsAngiie- Normally Amazon are good about returns, check this again more fully. Some stores may charge a restocking fee if has been used but normally you should get a refund.
Maybe someone else will post in their experience with Amazon?
Also consider contacting your credit card company who may help if your purchasing rights are not being respected or even cancel the payment, if the supplier is not responding.

We did check it, the response we got was that bc we opened it and used it constantly for a week it would be difficult to return it.
Unfortunately I can't do 💩, only thing I can do is tell people that this is NOT and upgrade of the sense watch and it's definitely not worth the money. And the step count is so totally off and when u upgrade the watch everything just bugs out. I mean you cant even find the alarm to set on the **ahem** watch!! The worst part is that it seems like we are a lot of ppl complaining. Maybe fitbit should listen to their customers considering how fooled we all feel and do something about it instead. 😓 I should have been as smart as my husband and got the new Samsung galaxy watch 5 instead, which considering to a lot of critics are 10 times better then this watch.

@ItsAngiie what is your country? In the UK there is no problem with returning the watch to Amazon even if used.

bruh, they removed a ton of feature on the charge 5 too, fitbits just making horrible decisions lately

Sweden is the country. They even say it on there return policy. Was so ready to return it and change it to a fitbit sense instead, so fed up with this watch
It says,

I've unfortunately heard even more sh*t about the pixel watch, considering it's cost I've read/heard that it's better to get an apple watch or Samsung watch then googles own experimental project 🤣

Couldn't agree more, if they are doing this to lose more customers they are doing a phenomenal job considering how mad and disappointed a lot of people are. 😖 considering I can't return my watch I'm so fed up with this company, and definitely wrote a lot of reviews telling the truth about the watch and how bad it is compared to fitbit sense 1. That's all you can do unfortunately because they don't seem to listen to their customers at all.

@ItsAngiie For what it is a 2018 (Pixel) watch sold in 2022, same features/specs as Ionic, only real failure is the battery.
Up to 24 hours really is about 18 like Apple, just not enough, they are updating the OS and features, but it still lacks the integration like what Apple or Samsung have.
I have a Pixel device and my settings don't interact with the watch, alarms, sleep, do not disturb, etc all don't interact.
They stated in the Google IO that you get interactions, but nope such a failure.

@ItsAngiie it's same policy in the UK. Under this policy I previously returned first Sense as not fit for purpose. No issues, got refund. As long as the watch isn't damaged by wearer the return is still an option.

Oh really I didn't know that, I should try and contact them tomorrow. Cuz I seriously want the sense 1 instead and get what you actually pay for. Thank you for the information:)

Wow really, such a disappointment considering it's even more expensive then the sense 2. Thank God I didn't buy that one. I would be even more sad about it.
