Fit Bit still hasn't updated their poorly designed wrist band. Unlike most bands where the end always lays over the band, in Sense 2 band the end goes under the buckle. The problem with that is over time, the end catches the skin of the wrist and pinches it. Why Fit Bit has not studied this problem?

Sad to hear that you're having an issue wearing your Sense 2. I'd suggest wearing it a little bit loser to make wearing your device more comfortable.
I have very sensitive skin. Wearing my Versa 4 in a way that I can slide one finger between it's band and my arm it stays securely in place on my wrist thanks to the band's design with the end going under the buckle.
