Sense stuck on the fitbit logo

My watch has been stuck on the screen showing the fitbit logo. I have tried suggestions that were given earlier but it is not working.

Please advise.

Thanks for sharing the inquiry regarding your Sense 2 and following the steps suggested in the articles.

Probably, your Fitbit’s battery may be low. Please, place your Fitbit on its charger and wait for a few minutes.

Let me know please, once your smartwatch is completely charged if these steps help:

  • Unpair your Sense 2 from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app. 
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Sense 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Sense 2.

I've done all the advised more than 3 times and no response. It cant even connect to the bluetooth. I even changed the phones.
