Wrong sleep start time

ANSWERED

Sense 2 does not log the correct sleep start time. Always log several hours later than the actual time thus affecting the sleep score!  No amount of reset, uninstall & reinstall etc can fix it!

Hi @SunsetRunner.

Are you wearing your watch tight enough so that it's getting a good heart rate signal? Wearing it too loosely can affect heart rate readings and therefore also sleep tracking.

Yes thanks, I’m putting it on as tight as it can be while setting it to
night mode. Some how it deducted around 3 hours from the start time!
