My Fitbit shows the correct time on the main face, but the sleep and exercise times appear to be set to ETC/UTC time. My actual timezone is GMT+3. I have tried re-syncing timezone from iPhone settings and doing the same with the Fitbit device in different sequences, and completely shutting down both Fitbit and phone (all unsuccessful). I just tried changing the timezone manually to Europe/Zaporozhye (Ukraine time, which is correct timezone) from the Fitbit app on the phone and it will not change (check appears and then disappears). Advice?

I have a similar issue. My watch displays the correct time but my sleep shows 3 different incorrect timelines. The sleep timeline displays 2:39 am to 9:53 am - which is hours off actual sleep time. The sleep schedule is not what I have input as 9:30pm to 6:30am but displays 4:30PM to 1:15 am? weird. The sleep tracker says I slept from 3:57 am to 11:11am. This is all inaccurate and does not seem to be pulling from the watch or the set up details. Recently several mornings I awake to having 1000 to 3000 steps while sleeping. The app has also tracked my bike ride as taking place while I was asleep. And many times the active hours get changed from what I have set up. I have refreshed and restarted many times. for some issues, sometimes the refresh will work but not always. This is extremely frustrating and seems like maybe a bug fix is required?

Same issue here; Fitbit sense - tried so many different things nothing works for more than a few hours if at all. Using iPhone 15. Hubby has same issue with his versa since switching from an android phone to iPhone 16 - so now thinking it’s a google /ios issue and google unlikely to fix…sadly as I love my sense 1. Looking for an alternative now.
