I have a 3 and a half hour behind time 

also how do I go back to Fitbit site from google pls

Hi, @Daisy1961! Your time should be set when you sync your watch. If you're still getting the wrong time, go into settings (gear icon in top right), date time and units, click time zone, and try setting it manually.

Unfortunately, once you migrate over to Google, there's no reverting the system.
