incorrect sleep times

Hi, my Sense 2 continually starts my sleep data after midnight. However, if I go in and manually adjust to the time I actually went to sleep, it now shows data for that period, when it didn't before. Where was the hour and a half of days before, why did it not show up and how come I have to go in and manually force it to do it's job?

I also have been having trouble with the sleep portion. Same thing! And sometimes also says I'm asleep when I am already awake in bed. I am just lying there thinking of what I have to do for the day, and it shows me in rem sleep. I swear if it's not one thing, it's another with this sense2. My versa finally bit the dust after 3 yrs and I got this new one. I have never had any problems with Fitbit like this one! I have had many over my 10 plus years. I hate this one.

Since May 1, I have no sleeping data at all. All other fuctions work normal, there is heart registration all night. Newest software is on the Sense 2, app has the latest update. Did remove the app and re-installed, logged out from the app, what more can I do?

I replaced my versa2 with the sense2 as well. I also hate the new band design and wonder if it's causing the device to sit wonky since part of the band is doubled up on the inside now instead of the outside away from the skin? Hoping someone from Fitbit weighs on here and has better advice than the turn it on/off, reinstall, wear it higher/looser/tighter.
