I can't seem to find how to set up a real-time notification each time you have a body (stress) response. I always see on my phone I had moments throughout the day and it says then "how did you feel?". I have no clue at the end of the day what happened then. It would be great to receive a real-time notification that a stress response is being picked up. However, somehow, I don't seem to find how to set that up...

@Bregt The closest to a real-time was a delayed notification. I think it was 10 minutes. I found it irritating and useless since mine occur during exercise as expected. The setting is turned on in the Stress Mgmt Settings.
I hope this helps and have Terrific Day!

The earliest you can get is probably 8-10 mins after the response from your body.
