sense 2 active zone minutes

why isnt active zone minutes,  it has been fine for 2 months now, and today have done over 10,000 steps,  6 miles and 2200 calories burned and zone minutes say 8.    this should read over 100 zone minutes,  it is stuck on 8 zone minutes
