Sense 2 Black Screen

My Sense 2 faded to dark.  I have tried the reset by holding the side button for more than 10 seconds.  The red X flashed and then went dark again.  The battery was fully charged.  Now I can't get it to come on at all.   Need help.

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Sense 2.

To hopefully get things fixed first make sure your device is full charged. Then please try if changing the clock face of your Sense 2 will get things fixed. Here's how to do that:

I am having the same problem. I can change the face from the gallery, but then the new one goes black as well. Any other suggestions?
