when setting up the versa2 i got a message saying "this app requires the 'Internet' permission to be granted." I have no idea where this came from and no idea how to remove it

Hi @atwoj0  - in order to sync,  the phone has to be connected to the internet so it can transfer the data from the watch for safe keeping on the Fitbit servers.

Normally in the phone settings for the Fitbit App you can grant permissions.

If you can't find it and have a compatible phone, uninstall and reinstall the app and grant all permissions then.

Please confirm if you have a Versa 2 or a Sense 2.
