out of the blue i cant get my text on my watch with verizon messages plus app...it shows on the fitbit i have a message but not whom its from or the content.  i was working and stopped, all notifications are turned on, i have trouble shooted it all. thats the whole purpose why i got this

Hi @vanessa720 try restarting your device and your phone? I have the same Verizon message + app on my Android and I see the name and the content of any text sent.
