watch time is 26 minutes off

Hi @juelz2044 - the watch needs to sync successfully with the Fitbit App to set the time.

Once set if it loses time visibly during the day it is probably faulty. The watch may not keep time if the battery runs down or is switched off.

To help in setting the time try toggling automatic time zone in the Fitbit App, App settings and sync with it on, or manually change to another time zone, sync and then revert back and sync.
