Sense 2 issues

I bought the Sense 2 to replace my well-loved Versa 2. An upgrade was needed at the battery life of my Versa 2 had been completely nuked and would barely last through the night. I purchased a Sense 2 with the understanding that it would be able to do everything my 3 year old Versa 2 could, and more! But boy, was I wrong!

The Sense 2 strap is uncomfortable and clingy, the haptics cannot be turned off without putting the whole watch into do not disturb mode, and it does not have compatibility with Spotify, nor will it ever! To top it off? the battery life doesn't seem to hold as well as I thought it would; it's only been switched on for an hour and had already lost 5%. I'm massively disappointed in this product and I doubt I'm the only person to have had these issues.

Luckily, the store I bought it from offers a 30 day return policy, so I'm going to try and force myself to get used to the Sense 2 in this time. If it doesn't improve, I'll go back to my Versa 2 and just carry the charger with me everywhere!

Hi @fizzwhite - you could get another Versa 2 which is one of the ost rounded, going quite cheaply at present, comes with a new warranty and saves you money on the Sense 2 refund. However the new V4 Fitbit App may still disappoint as there are numerous issues with it.
