0 Km, not tracking distance, Sense

It’s been more than a week, my sens stoped calculating the distance. If I go for a 5k run, it’ll say 5km on my daily board but it won’t add all the extra steps/distance I’ve walk in the day. Setting my stride Manuel doesn’t change anything. There is ALWAYS something major not working with this app since 1-2 years. Feels like they are making fitbit really bad on purpose…

The exact same thing is happening to me for 2 days now. I'm so frustrated! I cannot fix it!!

Our team is aware of the situation and is working on a solution to it.

Many users have now confirmed that they were able to fix it by entering the stride length themselves. It's worth a try until our team has worked on the solution.

Please follow this thread where all updates will be posted. Distance appears as 0 after sync
