When I select the exercise Bike the average speed reading does not work. I always have an average speed of 0. Can anyone help with activating average speed please?

I have the same issue with my Charge 5. On the Charge 5, I can see the average speed while cycling, but after synchronizing with the app, it suddenly shows 0.01. Also, if you manually enter an activity in the app, for example, 1 hour of cycling and a distance of 20 km, the average speed becomes 0.0. Even all my previous cycling workouts now show 0.0. I am certain that the correct average speed was shown until recently. I think it’s a calculation error.
