Only pedometer working, heart rate and everything else stooped working.

Stopped monitoring heart rate at about 14:30 yesterday. No led on back so is not sensing. Powered off and on - no change. Pressed button for 10 seconds for hard reboot - nothing changed. All it is doing is a step bount, all other metrics says not logged.

I have the same problem.  Everything was normal.  Took it off while I showered.  Red/green lights were working when I took it off. That night it odid not track sleep. While trying to figure out why, I realized that the red and Green lights were not on at all and there is no heart rate data since I took it off! Shut down and restart does not fix the problem
