A big fat red cross

So my Sense is showing a big fat red cross on the screen with the text “ Data not cleared Sync & try again. I have no idea how to get past that. It happened after “Cindy” in support told me to make a Factory Reset. 
can anyone please help me. 
I can’t get into the live chat again and they aren’t responding on Twitter

Hi, no problem, follow a standard installation as your watch is now like a new watch and needs to be added.

 

Have a look at the advice given here

In the phones Bluetooth forget or unpair the device

 

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Click on remove icon [top right]

Restart the watch

Click + Set up a device

Follow the installation instructions
