Hi all having trouble since new update. 

Try to access my gallery and just says no Internet connection please retry. Even though I have WiFi access. Tried reinstalling app and watch still get the same message.

So frustrating

Hi @27chellemac  - this can an issue with the private DNS setting on Samsung phones which can deny full internet access.

see No internet connection even though the phone is seemingly connected to the internet.
