All of a sudden my 2.5 month old Fitbit Sense says I have an excellent readiness score and to achieve over 191 active zone minutes every day? This is even after taxing 2 hour long workouts 3 of 4 days and achieving 195-210 active zone minutes on those days. This is new and it doesn’t seem right to have no indication of time to recover and a daily goal that is higher than the recommended weekly active zone minutes. Any ideas on the cause of this and how to fix it?

Hi, @NYTravelGal, welcome, you may find these articles useful What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device? and Technology | Active Zone Minutes
I achieve about 180 AZM from swimming for 90 minutes but fluctuations do occur.
I recognize these articles do not focus very closely on the issues you raise but I hope they are helpful.

Hi @Gr4ndp4 , thank you for the reply and guidance. It is appreciated! The articles are helpful but you are right that they don’t quite target the issue. I am starting to think that maybe the issue/ inconsistency is related to the heart rate tracking not being accurate and/or the same for tracking of intensity. I had over 300 zone minutes yesterday given a very intense workout and it still recommending a range up to 191 active minutes today. The heart rates of Fitbit and treadmill vary widely with the heart rate on the treadmill much higher. Very odd…
