Ughhhh because stupid Fitbit pay is unsupported for my bank NatWest.

Hi, @TheGG, welcome to the community see this video at 2.35. I solved the problem by opening a daily spending account at Starling, which is much better than the legacy banks for instant notification of money out/in.
