Add a “Less Sensitive” Sleep Setting than “Nornal”

My Sense Fitbit is too sensitive to movements during sleep.  Currently the only Sleep Sensitivity setting’s are “Normal” and “Sensitive “.  I suggest adding another setting, namely, “Less Sensitive “.   Currently I know I am sleeping, my Fitbit Sense is set to “Normal”, and it is not registering all this sleep.

I also suggest adding a user available readout for movements per hour averaged over a user-selectable time interval  of either one hour or 8 hours.  Let the user interpret this, or if you wish add some guidance.

Welcome to the Fitbit community.

Not being sarcastic or facetious but when you're making a statement "I know I am sleeping" can you clarify what you mean by that? Because if you can know that, doesn't that mean you're awake at that point? And are you talking about the Sense knowing when you have fallen asleep at the beginning or the awake cycles in between?

FYI, compared to an EEG, Fitbit's are pretty accurate in sleep tracking especially the cycles. It does detect the start of sleep a little bit late but still reasonable.

I know roughly when I am awake, and this gives me a rough idea on how much I sleep.

@Diyguy Okay but are you talking about you  know roughly when you're awake in the beginning, during, or at the end? Or all the above?

And how off do you think your Fitbit times are compared to your rough idea?
