I just bought the Fitbit Sense and everything about it works perfectly except that the exercise app will not open on the watch. Has anyone else had or have this problem? Does anyone know a solution to resolve this issue?

I have seen someone else post being unable to open the exercise app on their Sense. Have you tried shutting down and turn it back on?

Thanks for responding. Yes I have tried that, a couple of times in matter of fact and unfortunately to no avail. I also followed another suggestion and tried reinstalling by adding a new device via my mobile phone app and that also didn't work. Thanks again for taking the time to try to help me out. Hello Again Eezeepee,
Just wanted to let you know and anyone else reading this that may be experiencing the same issue that my Exercise App is now opening as it should be on my watch. I presented my problem to 'Live Chat' support here on Fitbit and after explaining to them all that I had done to resolve my issue, they recommended that I do a complete factory reset. It took me only about 30 minutes to do and worked like a charm.😊
