Not receiving text notifications but receiving all others

I have a brand new sense and a brand new iPhone 13 pro.

I'm receiving all notifications on my Fitbit except for the text messages.

I've gone through all the trouble shooting, and I am receiving all other app and call notifications 

Can anyone please advise??

I should add both devices are running the most up to date OS

Send pics of all your notification settings for Fitbit and the 13. Telling me you’ve done all the trouble shooting is too vague. I’d be happy to help.

I have the 12 pro max. I upgraded from 6s pro and have never had issues from either. Gotta be the settings.  Here is a thread with some possible solutions:

I have an Android, BUT when I wasn't getting notifications, I found that swiping left on the home screen to the settings and making sure "do not disturb" is not selected.  That worked for me.  Hope you figure it out!!

It also helps to have your Fitbit app running in the background.
