When riding a bike outdoors, the miles ridden aren't being added to my daily distance or weekly. I can't physically walk I use too, and rely heavily on my bike for my exercise. My stats are not reflecting this and it's genuinely disappointing. I can't count steps, I need to count miles. How can it count miles for walking but not for cycling?

Fitbit is designed around steps and doesn't offer much more when it comes to other types of activities. If you sync to Strava then you may use it to track your total cycling mileage (and other stats like total elevation gain) and try cycling challenges.
