Since update, I have an additional clock face that is always on and I don’t like it. I went and picked out my choice again and it said installed, so I made some changes hoping that would work. Nope, still stuck with an always on analog clock face 👎🏻

Always on is enabled in the tracker's settings. As to the undesired clock face, did you try uninstalling it after changing to another one?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @SodakBeth. I'm sorry to hear you can't install a different clock face on your Fitbit Sense.
