After Sense Update unable to receive calls / texts

I have a Samsung s20 + and after the newest update I stopped receiving texts and phone calls to my sense. On top of which I get a notification on my watch daily with a cellphone and a line through it meaning there's no service or Bluetooth is disconnected. 

 

My sense was pretty much fine until this newest update. It made everything terrible now. My fiancé has an iPhone and he's experiencing the same problems with his sense. 

 

Please help us fix this asap.

Try

 

-Phone: 

settings>notifications>Fitbit 

then toggle off and on.

 

-restart phone, app, and sense.
