What a surprise!..lol After the last update notifications are not appearing now. Yeah it's been rebooted and all that great stuff. Awesome! We all have extra spare time in our days trying to troubleshoot a device that still has ongoing issues firmware update after firmware update. What a great concept this Fitbit thing is. How you execute that great concept is an entirely different thing.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Oh yeah, definitely an ongoing issue since day 1. It works, then it doesn't work.... You'd think after the 4th firmware update they'd get it down by now. Support is only going to say do the usual stuff. Unfortunately, they don't know either, otherwise this would not be an ongoing issue for almost a year now in just a couple of months.
