  • Every moirning im reminded of how stupendously horrendous this update was & pissed off all over again . I've unsubscribed from Premium. No way am I paying $80 for something that looks like it was meant for a toddler to use. Dashboard is completely useless after the last update.  Im currently looking at trackers set up for adults to use. Put back the previous version. Don't say you cant. We know better.

AND give me my Fahrenheit weather back. My app clearly says to read F not Celsius 🤦🏼

I really miss the number of consecutive days counter that was in the old app.  I am most disappointed in the new app.

Yeah my fitbit sense is stuck on Celsius but my phone app is set to fahrenheit.  Can't find how to get fahrenheit back after update.

I agree!!! All of my previous food information is GONE! I want the old app version back. It was more user friendly. If this isn't remedied soon I will not be using or recommending Premium to anyone!!!

this may help those with wrong temp unit

You may need to reset watch (hold button til reboots)

Check the permissions and settings in your app.

May need to restart phone

I could not agree more this new update is absolutely terrible.  I want the old app back! I can even find out where you put your cord temperature and plus there’s a lot of other things wrong with it the writing is so big I guess she thought most of us were blind but we’re not.  Put back the old app!!!

Hi all   - it is incomprehensible to say the least that Fitbit keep making changes that remove features or make them less usable, probably best to post in "The redesigned Fitbit app is rolling out!" topics in the appropriate iOS or Android app forums along with the other unhappy users where you will see more fully the issues.

Unfortunately it would seem likely you are stuck with this version. Earlier help in the forums may be misleading due to the changes.

I woke up to the update this morning. GOD I HATE IT. I like to have my heart rate right below my steps, but now I have to scroll half down the page and I can't rearrange the order they are on the page. The color is BAD. I don't want everything in green. Give me back the way it looked or at least give me the option to change it.   😡

I think almost everyone is not happy with the new app look, lots of negative posts for it. Click the edit symbol (pencil) on the main app page and use the up / down arrows (^) to rearrange how the tiles appear, you can move Health to the top and heart rate will be near the top.

Tried re arranging the order and it just will not do it, with this new app I have lost accuracy and easy access to data and it looks like a cartoon, when it comes time to replace this watch I will be looking at the opposition .i.e. Apple

I agree, something happened last night and now 80% of what I had entered in frequent and recent is gone. It would be nice if the food was alphabetical like when you enter a custom food. New app SUCKS!!
