Hello @Ginger999, welcome to the community forums!

I'm sorry that the Agenda isn't working. Please check that the correct steps to set up the Agenda app are being followed:

  1. In the Fitbit app on your phone, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image > Apps.
  2. Tap the gear icon next to Agenda. You may need to swipe up to find the app. You’ll see all calendars linked to the default calendar app on your phone.
  3. Adjust the settings to choose which calendars to show on your watch, the color for events linked to each calendar, and whether you want to see blocks of free time.
  4. Sync your watch to see today’s and tomorrow’s events from your calendars in the Agenda app

Keep in mind that you must allow the Agenda app to access your calendar and run in the background. For more information about adjusting an app’s permissions, see: How do I install and manage apps on my Fitbit watch? If the Agenda app is correctly setup but your events don't appear, check the following settings:

  • Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, check: How do I allow the Fitbit app to use my phone's GPS?
  • Calendar access must be turned on for the Fitbit app:
    • On iPhones, open the Settings app on your phone > Fitbit > make sure Calendars is turned on.
    • On Android phones, open the Settings app on your phone > Apps > Fitbit > Permissions > Calendar > make sure the access is set to Allow.
    • On Windows 10 phones, open the Settings app on your phone > Privacy > Fitbit > make sure Calendar access is turned on.

You may also try to open the Fitbit App > tap on your profile picture and then on Sense. Go to Apps tile and scroll down do Agenda app. You should see the button "Uninstall". Tap it. Once the app gets uninstalled, reboot your phone and Sense by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds until the screen goes black and logo reappears. Following the reboot, open the Fitbit app and install Agenda app again.

Hope this helps!

Do you see any error or messages of instruction when opening the agenda app, @Ginger999

Mine says to setup permissions.

In settings, all my calendars show, yet none have been accessed by Agenda App.

Today I turned all permissions off, and setup again. Finally the Agenda is working.
