Can someone tell me where to customize my quick replies for text messages

I have clicked on everything I can think of

Through the Fitbit app. Let's go to the notification settings under your Sense Settings.. 

Below the Reply settings, tap Quick Replys. 

Tap the app that you want to customize the replys for and type in the response that you want to reply with.
