I recently started having problems with the alarm app on my Sense watch. I tried to add another time on the watch and received a message on the app that the alarms were full and I had to delete some before adding any. I tried to delete the alarms on my watch, the app and on the website without success. I called Customer service yesterday and was informed that they were having internal problems with the alarm app and were working on it. He had no time frame for the fix. In addition the alarms on my watch are not working. Hope they fix the problem soon.

Are you tapping remove but the alarm remains? I would factory reset if that's the case.

Hi @GDrap - Did you do a Shutdown from the watch Settings menu at the bottom? Wait 10 seconds and place on the charger to restart it and charge it, then try removing the unwanted alarms, you can only have a maximum of 8, or adjust an existing one for a new alarm.
This may be the first time the problem appears in the forum, you may have been misinformed.
Please post back if it gets resolved.
