Alarms won't work consistently on Sense

Every several weeks the alarms stop working.  Smart wake has never been enabled.  One day they are working and the next day I'm up an hour later.  This has happened ~3 times since buying the Sense 9 months ago.
Yes they start working again when I delete, restart and create again but this is not a fix.  FYI - I've owned ~4 different Fitbit devices over since I first purchased the charge HR in 2015 and each one has had the exact same issue.
Just to reiterate - deleting, restarting and creating the alarms again is not a viable solution, so please don't suggest.  I'm looking for a solution that allows me to get woken up reliably.  Note, they are always vibrating alarms, typically around 5:15am w/ repeats during the work week.  Thanks!

Hi @Bma449  - are you sure they don't work?

The Sense has poor vibration which gets worse as the battery level falls so it is easy to miss the alerts especially if you are sleeping soundly.

Guy that is definitely not it, the vibration is still plenty strong and works well if I delete, reset and set them all again.  Again, the issue is not that they don't work when they go off but that they stop working inconsistently.  Given that this has happened with every other fitbit I've had, how often it is posted on here and the fact that I have been able to confirm it by waking up before the alarm goes off is pretty darn good evidence that I'm not just making this up.
