Hi everyone, my Fitbit sense completely died. After talking with online support they decided to replace the Fitbit sense I have with a new Fitbit sense. Question is the replacement actually a new Fitbit sense or refurbished? I have to say I am very pleased with the support that Fitbit has given me and a fast response with replacing my fitbit

Hi @Carieb99 per the policy (click to read) you might get a refurbished unit. It all depends on what is available in their warehouse when your device gets there and they need to send one to you.

@Carieb99 if you had needed to send the old one back, you would have done that before the replacement could be shipped. It will be much faster this way since you don't need to return the broken one. When you get it, set it up as a replacement device on an existing account.

Hi there, @Carieb99. @Odyssey13 Thanks for stopping by to help our member.
@Carieb99 Thanks for your questions, and the details provided. As our friend mentioned, depending of our inventory, you might receive a factory-certified refurbished product as a replacement. These are typically products that were returned to Fitbit unused; and they were tested and determined to work like new. I appreciate your concerns and you'll receive further instructions about what to do with your defective watch.
If you have any other question about your case, my best advice is to reply back to the last email sent by our team, or start a new interaction. That way our team can review your details and provide you with assistance. To get connected with them via chat or phone, just click here.
