Can I use Alexa on the sense if I have iPhone , ( it’s not an issue if it’s not cause I don’t use Siri either but I’m curious)

Yes. You can also install the Alexa app on your iPhone to give it extra skills but that is optional. Basic Alexa functions are always available.
