Alexa is not working properly on my Sense

I've had this watch for about 2 weeks and Alexa has never really worked - never seems to hear me - either it will read "connection lost" or "no internet" - I've got my bluetooth on connected to Sense, perfect internet; whenever I ask it anything, it reads thinking; sometimes it reads "ask again"

Has anyone's Alexa ever worked?

Hi there, @colorado123. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Sense. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Have you recently switched to the Google Assisting while using Alexa? Note that you can have only 1 active voice assistant at a time. To switch to a different voice assistant, first disconnect your active voice assistant. For more information, see How do I disconnect my voice assistant?

If the issue persists, see What should I do if my voice assistant doesn't work on my Fitbit smartwatch?

Hope that helps.
