Alexa disconnects from time to time. I long-press on the button and it says it's disconnected when it's not. I open the app on my phone everything is synced.... and then at some point the connection returns...

It's annoying.

I'm not sure what phone we are asking about. Does notifications work? 

Do you move the Fitbit app to the background before the phone sleeps?
