I have a new Sense and I can get the voice assistant to start timers and alarms, but it isn't sync'd to my alexa account. I only have one and have it on the phone my Sense is sync'd with.
When I add items to my shopping list, they aren't on my Alexa shopping list and my home controls for lights don't work. Is there a way to confirm or switch the account. Again, I only have 1 account.

Hi @Chemmeline,
The Sense does support more than one Voice Assistant, and yes you can switch between them as often as you want. The Alexa and Google Assistants are both supported.
What I don't know is if you can switch between Alexa accounts or Google Assistant accounts if you have more than one account set up with each one (for instance, if you have 2 Alexa accounts and want to switch those).
To switch Assistants, go to your Account on the Fitbit app, and then select the small picture of your Sense. This will take you to your settings for your Sense. Turn your Bluetooth ON, you will need it for the next step.
Under your Sense settings, you should see a tile that says "Voice Assistant". Tap it and you will be given the option of either setting up your Alexa or Google Assistant on your Sense. Tap which one applies to you (in this case, Alexa) and follow the prompts.
