How do I download and apply "up to five" clock face options to my new Sense, please and thank you?
I need an old-school clock face with a second hand as one of my options - for when I take vital signs on patients🙃

Best AnswerWithin the Fitbit App, go to your account by pressing on your image (top left hand corner). Once there select the "Sense" image. You will see an option for Clock Faces. You will first be brought to a screen that shows "My Clock Faces". That's were your "up to Five" clock faces show. You can tap on those individually and remove them if you want. At the top of the screen, you can select "All Clocks". There you will be able to choose from a multitude of clock faces, including many analog choses. (There are many free ones, and there are others were you have to pay a nominal fee).
Hope this helps.

Best AnswerBut when I do those steps all I get is a blank screen -- nothing.
Best AnswerCan you clarify please. So, do you get to "Clock Faces" under your account, within "Sense"? When you press "Clock Faces" you get a blank screen? I assume your sense has been synced.
Best AnswerYes. Brand new Sense. Synchronized. I press "today" followed by my avatar and then the "sense" icon and I get a blank page. It worked yesterday.
Best AnswerUnder "Sense" does it also say "Connected"? I apologize but I don't know why it's not working. Unless someone else has a solution for you, you may have to contact support...
