My Fitbit sense battery is draining too fast all of a sudden. I am unable to turn off all day sync. It doesn’t give me that option. I uninstalled the SpO2 tracker. I restarted my Fitbit. Not sure what else to do.

Are you using iOS and have recently upgraded it? If so, there's an ongoing issue causing rapid Sense battery drain that may be the problem. Have a look at the following thread where Fitbit have been posting updates:

Note that the option to turn on/off "All Day Sync" was removed some while back. It is now on by default and cannot be turned off.
