I bought a Fitbit Sense in Colombia to use the ECG feature. I realized that ECG is not allowed to work in Colombia. This is very disappointing. If you need to use the ECG, I don't recommend to buy a Fitbit smartwatch.

@opolancoh   The ECG feature is medically regulated.  Fitbit couldn't release it in the US until it was cleared by the US Food and Drug Administration.  It needs to be approved by the Colombian equivalent regulatory body.  I'm sorry that your Fitbit can't meet your needs and that you can get a refund.
